Rights according to the laws of the Dept of Labor. GE is so big they violate them and get away with it.

I loved everything about working there.I have not 1 complaint about General Grind and Machine, except I no longer work there.Everyone from the owner Mark Beiry to Lisa,Shawna and Cassie up in Human Resource.Very nice and understanding people,Mark Beiry going out of his way every morning to take a few sips of coffee and greet his employees and get to know the new hires, such a wonderful man and boss.Normally when you have "the bosses son"you imagine an uptight snob. Not in the case of Blake Beiry,if you didn't know Blake was Marks son,you wouldn't have known after meeting him unless it was mentioned.Blake was very out going and to say the least, one of the guys.He would crack up a little bit once in a while but kept it acceptable. He is a very cool and smart fella. Its a great place to learn and build a great knowledge of machining,if I was to say that everyone made it feel like a place to hang out but yet be at work as well,if that makes sense.Great people, great place, great job with great pay.HOW CAN YA GO WRONG..

Great employees. Very competitive wage.
