This is a good Company to work for, with decent pay and vacation. You have to be able to work with a team and be a friendly and helpful to all our customers



The company keeps putting more responsibility on you, less hours in stores but more work to be done. To much focus on operations and not enough on customer focus. The company talks customer service but the company keeps putting more work into stores. Ie,; ink tagging, monthly town halls with no extra hours to do them, tons of training with no training hours, etc.


I have been a GM for 13 years I have decided to search for another position with less responsibility , but it has been very hard to find another position . Everyone that interviews me ends up with stating that I am over qualified for the position . Can anyone advise me on what I should do or change to be noticed not so much to focused on my previous position as a GM .
