We are all family here. You work hard when there's work to do. There is always something to do. Might not be exactly what you think you were hired to do but it takes all of us to make it work.

I have a tendency to always believe what someone tells me to be the truth. Sometimes you get burned and then it makes you not want to trust anyone.

If you have the opportunity to buy in, make sure it's with a good franchisee.

Buying in to the franchise. After I became an owner, partners and supervisors totally changed. No help, no communication. Just wanted their profits.

Don't be a single parent or have a family to take care of cause Marco's will consume you life. Like it did me the minute I became a General Manager. No me time ever even when I was on vacation still being called on.

Letting them the job take over my life. Never getting to spend time with my disabled son. Quitting before finding another job.

Apparently, according to the HR office, it was giving a person a chance to be productive after having a very shady background. And, this person was there for 6 months without any incident before corporate said NO due to a disgruntled former employee who called HR. It's sad that persons who have made mistakes in their past cannot get the opportunity to rehab back into the workforce.
