Why does Jobcase advertise jobs that are not available. There have been at least 3 jobs that are advertised all the time... but ya can't apply for them.

Wolfspeed isn't a place for good workers if ur late a lot or miss days or talk a lot and machine alarm is found off you don't take care of it. Just stand around and go to bathroom or out the room more than you work. I worked trained learned all position and could work anywhere. Jealous happens when ur not stuck at one position I was able to do the same on other shifts for overtime as well. I didn't like how new people was trained and was told I need to be certified by OJT Trainer I waited and got certified. I had the toughest time by one supervisor not from the USA. The one's that work he gave hell but his people or if you was I'm the click do whatever. So I was move to another dept basically to make you quit. Be I strived and was great and enjoyed the challenge and was there till I had a situation where a coworker ask me a question I couldn't hear her and leaning over I touched the side of her back slightly she had a hoodie on. Worked with her the whole weekend no problems. I started training someone else and the next day I'm in the office for sexual harassment. I'm trying to figure out to whom and where I'm lost. So basically anyone on the cameras can see and bring it up even if the other person didn't. Once I got to office and he was in there then I understood what was happening and knew the outcome. My success was his failure so she was there less than a month I was there 11 months I can help at all positions she is in training and don't like the hours I work on other shift to keep the same productivity. I back up the lead person. But one touch that was unintentional I'm canceled losing productivity and even more coworkers that was there cause of my work ethic. Hr was a joke he must have been bullied he didn't think of the ramifications he was about to unleash on my team . That was fine it was time I left and a new chapter is coming I learned and made it regardless of circumstances I founded the true me. Moral of the story be careful who ur around and watch if good supervisors and coworkers leave its not meant for us to be there.

I was running good busdiness I had invented using my skills I use to extract work from Govt office nobody gave me work I used my brain and the location at which I was working Government vehicle licensing office was nearby that so I extracted legal work from that office but Government in its modernization program built new court building at some other location which was far away from Government licensing office my business got affected then I made a private religious trust and started a business of performing marriages of extremely poor people that project proved to be even better than the earlier one then came pandemic which has ruined my business now I am little bit older I don't want to restart old business and again I am looking for something new
