The worst place to even dare working at however desperate one may be.No respect for employees regardless of your post,poor pay and working conditions,a whole CEO using vague abusive language on all and sundry carelessly just because that is a family business and he is the only heir.DON'T DARE WORK THERE FRIENDS,IT IS HELL ON EARTH.

Trusting the management,being loyal and committed 24/7 to my job for far too long hoping they would appreciate my devotion and performance and review my package but in vain.Cylic elusive promises.

When the crew to one of the sales trucks colluded and disapeared with sales money without trace.It was hell staying at the police station the whole day reporting the incident and making a statement.

It had about 1000 employees and I embraced all of them appreciating each one's role regardless of their positions at work and this enabled very good working relationships devoid of fear of approach despite being in management,I mingled freely with them , they shared their grievances and I was able to intervene by proposing and convincing the board of Directors to accept meeting all staffs for a free get-to,-know your workers session and perhaps give some gifts.With the help of hr,fir the first time in 44 years of the company's existence,this meeting came to pass and being towards xmas last year,this gesture made a tremendous transformation in attitudes and performance.I made a phenomenon legacy.

The coworker had failed to do the assignment I had given him despite my reminders and this wasn't the first time so I sought intervention of hr department and he was sorry and apologetic though abit late. I forgave him and advised him to embrace teamwork and harmonious,peaceful coexistence.
