I had a great Market Director and sales team . This year though the company had massive terminations and a new market director with different values came aboard. Sales reporting was being moved to Power bi which took away from the analyzing of data in reporting I so enjoyed. Too high of turnover rates and seeing how they do not value their employees caused me to shift the direction I wanted to go in
