Do not give them loyalty. Go there, earn a paycheck...Look for something more permanent and worthy of your tiime and talents

Giving them 12 years of my life. I made the mistake of being loyal to my employer for 12 years. I did anything asked of me. And in the end. Nothing mattered but the bottom line. Why pay me my wage when we can get a newbie for so much less.

For quite a While I was left as the only nurse on a unit that is normally run by 3 nurses. I had to pass med's and document on three hallways. And of course once GMVCC found out I could handle it. They were in no hurry to rectify the situation. Even though it was in no way legal

Drama is something that Runs rampant at GMVCC. Someone is always talking about someone behind their backs, Especially on 7-3 shift. You have to have thick skin to work there. Also if any of "the pets" don't like you, they will lie to get you fired.
