Worst job I've had in a really long time. I was hired as a receptionist to answer the phones, do the filing and greet customers. Simple enough work, but micro-management thought I needed a script even for that. Nothing much to do, so I set to work mending the files just to have a purpose. After six months, management decided to do a major character assassination for my 90 day review (which was 90 days late). Apparently there was absolutely nothing positive for her about my work there. She just told everyone else, not me. It was demoralizing and humiliating. I never went back. I'm an older worker, with tons of varied experience. They just treated me like I was too stupid to tie my own shoes. I don't recommend this place, or these crazy conspiracy theorists that work there.

The most I loved about Graceland was the bonding with the residents..the way they responded to me when in their presence, how they felt reassured that I would try to meet their every need..

That u will find yourself in a peaceful place the owners our God fearing people an treat their employees like family.
