At one time we were all like a big family then a new CEO came in and the place fell apart and many of the long term employees left. Very sad

Before the new CEO took over like 7 years ago.
I loved working at Great Lakes federal credit union before the current ceo took over and bullied many employees either firing them for asking for raises or made them so miserable they just quit. Used to be like family before him. Very sad.
More time off is what I wish they had to offer. You get 2 unpaid days to call out a year. If you call out after that they point you for each day and take one of your 10 paid vacation days from you so you are actually losing time you want to take for yourself because you were sick or had a doc appointment. Your points rolloff at the year anniversary when you received it unless you get up to 5 then they freeze and 5 points total fall off at the anniversary of the fifth point. So for example you call out 1 day each in Jan, March, June, August and September then your points freeze in September and all the points fall off in September and after 10 points your fired. I've never worked at a place with a point system like this!
