I used my skills at #Groceryoutlet to make things better when I

Made it my goal that every customer received exceptional service with a smile. Resourcefulness was used whenever handling customer conflicts. Delegated tasks to fellow employees, ensuring that daily chores got accomplished.

The very first thing I did was ask for the job.I was serious and I let the owner know right away that hiring me would be to his advantage. Then I interviewed well. Came prepared with the proper documents.I know how to communicate and I also understood that he's running a business for profit so finding competent experienced people is good for his bottom line. ,

When they had inventory that didn't pass. They fired the best 3 employees at night. So they didn't want to hire. Owner said they couldn't afford to pay employees. They cut everyone's hours. I've worked there for 16 years how do I go from 38 hours in 1 week to working 1 day for 4 hours.

The ownership doesn't know how to communicate with any employees. They expect you to scream and shout at people coming in the door, they threatened you with a write up if you don't. They ask for your opinion but do the opposite. There's past expired food past 2 months, they will only take 2 cents off price. People have sick buying and eating chicken and meat that's not room temperature.

What I loved working at #Groceryoutlet meaning people and the staff are friendly.

I look forward going to work to my other family and being out of the house and go home to be with my family.
