generating a receipt and issuing documentation without collecting.....

Having two (2) container on the port to be unstuff which EDA was delay by two day, only to be told by customs that the new system they implement call asycuda take effect that same day. No member of staff has full understand of the new system, some customers were told before hand that they could come in as under normal circumstances they would be able to receive there goods. We started calling customers to make them aware of the situation, while making the calls customers were walking in, when told that they wont be able to get there goods they were angry... The stress that day was enormous both by the customer and workers.

It was a co-worker we weren't seeing eye to eye on a particular issue, I spoke with her about the situation she became boisterous I apologist to her went to my office write an e-mail to my boss (which I did cc her on) requesting a meeting with both of us.

Diffidently the challenges it bring,taking on task for the first time and accomplishing them solving problems and putting my skills to good use.The variety it provided, no two days were ever the same as every day you learn something new. And a very supportive boss.
