The old general manager is not there anymore, other than her it was a wonderful place to work. I would love to go back to work there but apparently they don't want me back and neither does any other job

I worked in Saratoga spring N.Y. I started as housekeeper and was quickly moved to inspector. Opportunities to move up kept me coming back. Two years later after management had changed 3 timesand about to change again. I gave up. Maintenance staff was extremely rude to housekeepers who were trying to get things fixed. Down right lazy and would say "I'm not doing that until someone else notices". There was no consistency for rules and regulations. Everyone was treated different depending on who liked who. A lot of bullying took place in housekeeping dept. Threats of assault and nothing done to reprimand anyone. No longer worth my time.
