Attire is very important. Always wear what’s appropriate during interviews. Always be cordial, patient and flexible when answering questions. Leave several numbers where you can be reached. Good luck and all the best!

The most stressful day to me was the day the Company had it’s biggest merge! What had me quite a bit uneasy was that I had plans to take the day off because it was my birthday. Instead I brushed my emotions under the carpet, woke up and headed straight to work rescheduling my day off. It was all worth it in the end because the company really needed me that day! We all are like pieces to a puzzle at the Company and we all are as equally important. My sacrifices in the end were rewarding because of that one day that I sacrificed I gained two days off which I took advantage of to my fullest extent! I thought really in depth about my decision and I wouldn’t have had it any other way

We work diligently as a team! The owner of the company can rely on me to do the job! I have been working with the company for the past three years. I have also had the privilege to help start businesses with some of my clients from scratch. What is most rewarding,is to see them successful now also knowing that I was there from day one. I treat all of my clients with the same respect. One advantage that I have is that I speak three languages fluently and understand two more. I get to work with Clients from all over the world. I absolutely love what I do and have gained my clients’ trust and respect. At the end of the day it is what keeps me going at my work place. I work among the most dedicated employees in the business. At times there is tough love but I understand that it’s only for the best interest of the company. They have been in business for over twenty years.

I must admit that most of my confrontations have been personal because of my competiveness. They really never had anything to do with the company but because of colleagues uneasy over me meeting my monthly quota and being the top and times in sales. I have learned that lowering myself to another person’s level only allows them to feel as though a battle is being won. I approach the situation to management and always let them handle it. At the end of the day there will always be someone in the work field that is not really fond of you for whatever motive. We are all entitled to having bad days but the key is always to find a solution to the problem, where it doesn’t affect the company name or their reputation. My boss once advised me to leave my heart and home. Think with our brains, never with our hearts.
