I have no life cause of this job making feel depress ...

For those struggling to gain employment, check into temp agencies.many are good and many temp jobs turn into full time permeant jobs after a probationary time like sixty or ninety days. I can say this with experience because I work through one for the last three months in a manufacturing facility. I'm almost ready for permanent hire. Its hard work at yes and a lot on my feet but has not hurt me. Its a good company.
After I'm hired on, they have a tuition reimbursement program so I can pick up the production or industrial engineering degree that I have desired. I'm currently completing a degree in only right classes to business management. Temp jobs can lead to good things in life, including giving good experience for a better job and one that can be yours.
If the company you get sent to your first day see that you are: on time, have good attendance, have a good, professional attitude, be very nice and respectful to your co workers, managers, etc, thank them for giving you the opportunity when you meet them, willing to learn and accept coaching, training and direction from managers and supervisors, work hard and you do your job well, learn everything you can about your job position..learn the assembly line, the machinery..how they work, how to stack boxes and palletize, how to look for quality, etc., follow all safety rules and guidelines and company rules and policies..this one is huge! , do all you are asked to do, join a safety committee if you can..when you are hired on consider a union membership, be pro active in the job and accept over time or work on a weekend.
Also, look for other positions in that company you may be interested in or qualify for ask to advance to a line lead. I did that and I'm in training to run a full assembly line. This can lead in itself to being in management and many of those individuals began as temp workers. Be dedicated and committed..Best and most of all be happy, do it with a smile!
I would also suggest in your free time, learn as much as you can about the company and its industry or the type of industry it is in, what products do they manufacture. Are they local, national.or international? How known are they? Research the company online and gain an understanding of who they are, what they do and about working for them.
If you show you are this type of employee or worker, your managers will be very happy and they will most likely be wanting you to stay on board. I asked my production floor manager about where I am.in my 90 days and how I could remain being there. She said, "just keep doing the great job you are doing.." That's it in a nutshell. Do your job well and to better than expected. If they see how you work well, that says a great deal to them besides attendance and following all the rules. Hope this helps.

I've had three interviews in February and for the life of me I can't understand why nobody want to hire me. I'm so frustrated and depressed and I don't know what else to do. My life sucks!

The things in life sometimes people who are so consumed by jobs, careers, cars don't think about the simple thing of telling someone to have a nice week. Or asking someone how there day is. It means the world ❤️ we as a society are consumed by self we forget life is so not what people get so caught up in.twitter,Facebook,Instagram we have lost touch with man kind thank you for reminding me it's the little gestures of thinking of someone more important. Amen praise the Lord.

Always putting a smile on my face. I walked in the building with a smile and walked out with a smile knowing that I had did my job to my best. I had respect and other coworkers had respect for me. Vendors would call and I always put 100% to help them or find someone to help them. When I started I was the supervisor 5 full time and 1 part time student. Before I left and after I announced that was going to be the last time to close the books 3 people retired 1 moved to another department and the other stuck it out 3 months till she could retire. In my reviews with my employees I asked what they liked about working here. A lot of the responses was that I put myself even with them and worked like them to make deadlines and always new how to tell them something was wrong but never act better or point fingers at people.

Hello,
Today I was pulled to the side at the end of my shift and told that I wasn't happy at the workplace and that I'm bringing others down. I asked for an example of how I brought others down, he told me
"I'd ask 'How are you today.' and you'd respond 'Okay, fine or shrug it off.'"
He told me that I looked sad and I needed to be happy and upbeat. I proposed the idea that they're targeting people who are actually sad and that they're simply demanding a happy and upbeat experience from them without changing their situation at all.
I won't go and list all the issues at the workplace however, I do know what I do for others. I high five people constantly, I shake hands, I salute, and I check on people seeing if they're okay. If they tell me anything other than "I'm great, thanks for asking!" I usually follow up to see what's the matter and how can I help.
I get it though, the truth is usually somewhere in between. Perhaps I'm too visibly sad casually despite efforts to appease co-workers.

You may have a job now that you love, or maybe not so much. No matter where you are now, it’s good to take time to step back and ask yourself, where is this job taking me?
So what are the signs of a job that’s taking you places? Here are a few to consider:
- You feel like you’re learning new things regularly
- Your achievements are recognized and rewarded
- You feel supported by your company/managers/coworkers
- You see a clear path from your current position to more senior positions
The last thing to consider is your own happiness. Do you feel satisfied with the work you’re doing and the environment you’re in? If not, a change to a new environment could better position you to see the path forward more clearly.
Is your job taking you places? Why or why not?

I'm glad I'm gone

Everyone has had a job they didn't like at least once or twice. If you ask 10 people if they like their job, more than half would say they didn't. So I ask, if you don't like your job, how can you work and do it well? We all need money and in order to get it, this means we are doing something we don't like doing and therefore are unhappy.
Some people can afford to quit their jobs, I know I've done it. I was unhappy with my boss who was screwing me around with my hours. He made me felt like he didn't value my time or myself as an employee. So I quit, used my money in savings to get by a couple of months and found something else.
So what if you are one of the majority of people who need work? Day after day, often doing something you don't love doing? You can't afford to quit, and you may not even know what you want to do and what will really make you happy and satisfied.
If you find yourself in this situation, there are a few thing you can do to bring happiness and satisfaction into your life.
You can decide to excel in your job and do everything to get promoted. (Focusing on your mind in your job in this way can make it easier to bear it, and who knows, you might start liking it)
Wake up early and meditate or exercise for 20-30 minutes before heading to work
You continue working but at the same time, find time to learn a new skill.
Read inspiring quotes that will keep you inspired and make you feel better about your workday.
Find something you love doing in your free time. This will be the highlight of your day and something to look forward to.
If you can take breaks at work - exercise or take a walk.
Try to do the same work in a different way - if possible, change your routine.
If you really want to change your life, continue working but use creative visualization and affirmations. I have found that these are great mental tools that can change your life.
Learn to change your attitude toward your work and toward the people who work with you. This isn't easy but if you make the decision, you will eventually get results. Resentment and unhappiness hurts your health and is unnecessary. With a change of attitude, you will feel better and stop hating or resenting your job.
These are just a few things I've done and that you can do when you don't like your job. I hope they help you, or at least open your mind to other ways or things that you can do.
