I started working at imperial grocery store in September and since then i been picked on by a guy who suppose to teach me how to stock frozen food and he always pick on me and every time i stock something he always come at get in my way and tell me that my work ant shit even sundays he be off and comes to work with no imperial shirt and starts messing with me

I have been at my job for almost six months and I am get along with everybody except my team leader. Since I started she has embarrassed me, questioned my integrity, yelled at me. Would it be okay to go to human resources as I see after a brief lull it has started up again. Thank you

I was let go from my job last year for reporting being harassed by a fellow employee. Because nothing was done it progress to sexual harassment. I end up on unemployment, food stamps. I have since obtain an attorney, will not let the company or this jerk get away with this. Human Rights have not gotten involved.

I'm wondering if there is a time limit in the state of WI for filing a sexual harassment case with the EEOC? I had a manager touch me twice and say stuff to me, I had witnesses, HR opened a case and talked to everyone, they were taking A LONG TIME and didn't keep me updated, I worked at a branch where there were all men and myself, I had to suggest moving to a different location while the investigation took place, I got tired of waiting and found a new job and when I put my two weeks in I was informed that he was terminated NOT BY HR THOUGH, by a fellow coworker. I never contacted a lawyer or the EEOC but it's CONSTANTLY on the back of my mind because I loved that job and was crushed when I left and not only that, I'm wondering how many women that's happened to there and never said anything, I just can't stop wondering...is there anything I can still do?

I was let go because my manager was commenting on my breast and making lewd jokes and comments so i told him to stop harrasing me and called him a pervert and he suspended me when i went for meeting with union rep and his boss tjey didnt want to discuss him harrasing me but said i was late to many times and they were letting me go. Mind u my availability is 630pm on. But they put me on schedule for 6. I was there before 630. But they didnt want to discuss and let me go. I have 3 witness that are willing to speak up and there are much more people who still work there and are afraid to speak up. Thinkiing they would lose there job and one of them is another manager who heard him make a comment on my breast i love my job and been there for 8 years and it had become a uncomfortable. Work place so im disabiled and can only work a feq hours. And now have to wait for unemployment

I worked at the same job for 25 years there was a lawsuit going on in the office everyone was under stress and to top it off converted to a new computer system one by one the full-time employees were pushed out at the door rumor was the new doctors did not want to pay full time benefits any longer they made our lives hell we work so hard and diligently and one-by-one got warnings and written up and threats to be fired which I did not want on my shoulders so I quit and my life has been downhill ever since I tried to check into the legalities of this and there was absolutely nothing I could do I lived off of my retirement until it was gone started another job and it was even worse the harassment the management the mind games that were being played in the office was more than I could handle and now I am going through the online job search and it is practically useless I have an appointment tomorrow with a career counselor and even though there is no so-called age discrimination I believe that is the reason I have not heard back from any companies I'm getting ready to lose my home my credit my everything and I'm just trying to stay sane and get through this process I know God doesn't give you more than you can handle but I'm at my wit's end does anyone have any suggestions I am desperate

I have witnessed sexual harassment and it works both ways my Director's secretary called me constantly on my cell phone I finally changed it and then she got mad and would confront me in my office but i always made sure the door was open

In the recent month I was dismissed from my position they stated it was a job elimination. But 2 weeks prior I filed a harrassment/bullying complaint against my supervisor. When I came into company I changed and implemented new processes then they hired this supervisor with the mentality woman are not capable and mind you I have 18+ years as a manager in transportation. I not only feel I was discriminated against, but the company never followed thru with complaint. Advise please.
