When does being reprimanded by a supervisor cross the line into emotional abuse?

I worked for a security company, let's call them Thorpe's Enterprising. That has a supervisor that bullies and intimidates female employees, and every time the female either leaves or in my case is fired. He tried to hit me with his car as I crossed the street. Actually had to drive in oncoming traffic in order to reach me in time as I crossed at crosswalk . His superior assured me a meeting would take place regarding this incident. I've never been written up, always on time, no call no outs, dependable. The company handed out an old policy around for people to sign. Redundant, I signed anyway and put TDC UNDER MY SIGNATURE.(referencing threat duress or coercion) as I had a feeling they'd use it in the future to attempt to fire me. Well they DID... claimed I contacted directly a client, against company policy, but I hadn't in over a month. The revision was a week before they FIRED me. They had no dates, times or even printed out complaint violation. I asked for it.. They said there was none. Now they wanna fight my UNEMPLOYMENT benefits accusing me of insubordination. Yet the email I sent the supervisor about the vehicular threat clearly states I've never been insubordinate even when the bully and I exchanged words. If I WAS he COULD'VE/WOULD'VE written me up THEN! They even said I was asked to be removed from my worksite IMMEDIATELY back in January.. why wait until mid MAY to fire me?! They told me after firing, that because my supervisor wasn't in the company car, his behavior is basically permissable! Yet at hire we're all told (as in ANY job), that you represent the company WHENEVER in uniform! Did I mention my boss knew I had to move on July 1, I'm not from ga. , and have NO help/family?! I HATE being in this slave confederate John crow state!

I tell them not to work there. It's corrupt. The Managers in some cases treat employees hatefully . Rozz Fletcher is the manger where I worked. . Because of her continued Harassment many people including myself resigned. It's a shame the CEO, General Manager and the Suits don't care about their employees.

I was terminated April 2016. This company has more than two hundred cameras. I was terminated due to an employee stating that I was pushing carts around and telling other employee's I was going to kick their ass. I had no knowledge of the altercation until another employee ask me about it. No supervisor or manager ever approached regarding this. The employee that made me aware of this kept coming back to me with this. Prior to this I had reported my supervisor from 2015 until February 2016 regarding her belittling me in front of other staff members and harassment. Not only did I report this behavior to my manager verbally and in writing. I also reported this to the companies hotline. Nothing was ever done. When the false altercation came about I ask that they review the video footage, this would have cleared me. They would not. See something say something is what got me fired. I had proof that one of the employee was falsifying the time sheet and I report this because my supervisor was signing off on this. After being approved for my unemployment they tried to deny my benefits. I had a hearing and won they could not or did not produce the witnesses they claim they had. They did not even have the correct date in which they terminated me. I'm still unemployed. Lot of clerical/records experience. Was with the company for 13years and six months. Was always top performer. Reported to work on time and ready to work each night. What kind of people lie and cheat and keep a job. Well I am still in my house I have not missed a meal. The only reason I'm still upset is because I lost my health insurance. I was 58 years old at the time. People my age don't need to lose their jobs. GOD has a plan I just don't know what it is. I will continue to look for employment. Attorney's don't take on many wrongfully terminations they are into slip and falls. The company I work for is worth billions.
