Don't your not going to advance in the company if your a Caucasian he has his favorites 18 years I have been passed over for promotion

When I was flagging traffic & , people don't stop for the stop sign I have cursed two people out because thay was endangering my life

When we would be on a job & he would come & we would be working & the mudd would be on the way he would tell us to do stuff that didn't need to be done in other words be in the way everybody hated that even the supervisors

No one ever got mad or wanted to fight I only got mad one time the guy Harman left in charge. The concrete that we had to rubb was getting hard we needed help
