To land a job at #HCA I would make sure to...

I was relieved of my position as remote coder because our jobs were outsourced to India and the Phillipines. Hospital corporation of third world countries rather than AMERICA 🇺🇸.

What I loved working at #Hca\MemorialUniversity.MedicalCenter,SavannahGeorgia

The broad range of clinical experience, the largely congenial staff and the opportunity to serve a very diverse patient population.

Money.....but other than that they don't care about their staff or really their patients. Their only concern is profit for their share holders. Everyone is collateral damage to them no matter how loyal you are to them. The higher ups look out for themselves and everyone is unimportant to them. Administration is on the top and priceless but everyone else is expendable. Most money i ever made but the worst company Ive worked for. No morals or standards and they change their principles as often as they need to in order to reach their twisted agenda. Snakes at their lowest form.....

How I got hired at #HCAMcAllen,Lewisville,Nashville,TN

I was hired by the CEO of HCA McAllen, TX, I frequently attended seminars at Nashville, and interacted with the top personnel there. Thomas Frist, the founder of HCA rewarded me with the "EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD"; I was awarded a TELSTAR from the Texas Society for EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNICATION.

I transferred to the North Texas Region at another HCA Hospital. I continued to attend presentations at HCA Corporate. It was there that I found that the hospital did not meet my expectations and left for other medical businesses.
