I began working at #Heatron 20 months ago. The job is detail-oriented. There is #soldering, #assembling, a variety of other tasks, and, for the first 500 hours, they use a temp service called #Express Employment Professionals. There is a steady work load, meaning #40 hours per week, at the very least. Starting pay is $13.00.

Heatron is a family environmental place to work. everybody is there for each other. but I just do not see me going up the ladder any more. I hate to leave there but I have to do what I gotta do to try to better myself
