It was a place where the employees and employer made you feel like family

It was was nice laid back... beautiful people, an beautiful rooms also

I could use my maintenance skill with better ideas and was always busy.

I would tell them its a wonderful experience as long as they stay away from the Fishers, IN location.

My biggest mistake was putting up with the abuse by coworker and neglect by my superiors go on as long as it did. I was eventually forced to leave because management then started to change my weekly schedule multiple times within a week not informing me. It would be edited and days changed after i was gone or on my off days. This was sone to set me up so they were able to document no shows against me. I was being exiled because they wanted to protect their personal friend from losing her job. All these woman were in a specific religious circle together as well as of a different race then myself. I was discriminated against for trying to protect myself from physical harm. I was a great asset and i brought kitchen scores up from 40s to the 80s during my short 3 month term there.

Every day that i was forced to continue working with a coworker that exhibited mental bipolar symptoms and aggressive physical behavior. I explained to management continuously that i feared my safety yet they swept under the rug. Eventually i was badly injured with a burn because the coworker purposely shoved me. My dream job had become a nightmare. Below is a picture of a permanent scar from my injury and i want to add i reported immediately and never offered medical attention .

A specific coworker was always very hostile around me. I was badly burned because she would shove into me while I was dealing with hot food and pans. I caught her one day going through my phone and she admitted and thought her suspicion of another coworker texting me about her validated her actions.

Working by myself without anyone standing over me

Two reasons I loved Holiday Inn was being able to cheer people up by just a simple greeting with q smile. And that the employees were awesome to work with
