
Awesome company to work for. I would recommend this company to any one interested in doing home health care. They are good with razes management is awesome . Just a overall grate company to work for. If i could still drive I would go back. I was told if I ever wanted 2 go back they would hire me back. However I can no longer medically drive..

I had a client that would listen 2 music all night till u arrived in the morning.. @ the time he did not have internet so it was CD's and every night he would chose his choice of music. One night he told the CD'S he wanted, then he asked me for a few other things he wanted, there for I forgot his CS's and went home for the night. When I was getting in the car I had dropped my phone in the parking lot & didn't realize I had. He could not get a hold of me to tell me bout his CD's. I did not notice my phone missing till morning. I was in a panic. When I got 2 his place the next morning, my phone was in the parking lot with several messages from him bout his music. My solution to this problem was 2 wright down every thing he needed 30 min before for I left every night. To make sure nothing was forgotten that night be for I left.

A demanding client is the most stressful or a client that refuses the car u are there 2 provide. I have learned that no mater how demanding the client is @ the end of the day u get to go home. I let it roll of my back. I have always felt satisfied with my work day in the end. Most the time the more demanding the client is, the faster the day goes by. As far as 2 refuse the care I always went by the proto call of the company I worked for.

There is never a reason 2 get angry @ any job. U are there 2 do a job that is what u get paid 2 do. Every person is different. There is always a way 2 defuse a angry person. Even if ur dealing with an elderly person or a young person. One of the things u should not do is bribe a person. There are many different other ways 2 defuse a situation. No mater how trying the situation may be.

I have loved every job I have had & the experience of the job, from care giving to house keeping even crew member @ McDonald's. The people r great. I love 2 work with people I love 2 here their story's.
Every person has a different story to tell. From history like the Titanic, the Hindenburg to their own personal story. History u can read bout in a book however the personal story of that time of history is a little more different. When u here bout history from some one who lived it. You can see the true feeling of how it felt in their eyes & their tears.
Their own personal story is usually not written in a book. It's the real personal feelings in history and their personal story's. That's wat I look for.
I have learned story's of many people weather I did housekeeping @ a hotel, personal care giver & even McDonald's @ DIA.. I have stayed years @ every job. It's the people that keep me @ a job.
I learned early a job worth doing is worth doing well. I give 100% @ every job I've had & enjoyed doing so..
