If your there for just the pay maybe but if your there for tge client is another story just make sure you back your self up at all times
Trying to go by the rules of the book and letting staff members or supervisor know what's going on with client of needing exstra help when im not around and letting office know that client is in. Need of supervision. And they say they cant help. I did not have very good experience working for this company. Will never work for them again
As a caregiver we try to make it as comfortable as possible in there own home and when the office dont get back to you when we have something importiant regarding client and again. Some staff members do not cammunicate to caregivers and your going from one person to another dont make it any better
Did not like. The communication between clients and people working in office the people scheduling clients times n days to work not only the clients but caregivers as well. Did not like seeing how the workers in the office dont do what they needed to do i had to call in to see what was going on
I loved doing the personal care work, I had some beautiful clients,
Telling the client what I thought about them choosing the other person over me and making them feel bad
I told them that I thought they wanted me back after my medical leave but they chose the new person over me
I loved helping the elderly and keeping them company and providing the care that they need
