Not preparing well enough for my first large public speaking event. They had questions I had not even considered. It was a humbling learning experience for sure. It did however lead me to the creation of a successful home warranty class.

I covered 160 zip codes and worked with both Realtors and homeowners. If you have 3 or more claims issues in a day it meant a martini was more than likely going to be my dinner date.

As an AE we handled our own escalated claims son You can imagine when an air conditioner breaks down in Texas in the Summer things can get very heated LOL! I approached the situation from one homeowner to another relating and most importantly listening to my clients concerns. It took longer than either of us liked for a resolution but staying in constant contact and communicating through the process was key to keeping them happy.
