The job is good if you ant to work too many hours with an unpredictable schedule due to departments not properly coordinating with each other. Machines are always down due to maintenance only patching problems. Also a lot ofthe leadership plays the friend game and if your not in the friend zone then you ont get teat well. The pay is not great eiher for the stress and work conditions you have to deal with. I pe got to the point where I was not only doing my job but the job of5 people including salaried jobs. When asked for compensation in the form of a raise or a proper salary I was told that was not possible and I was doing a good job at it so i just needed t keep it up. That was y last straw nd I put my notice in with enough time to train a replacement. Over all I would say a 3/10 for Honda lock.

Honda used to be a good job until after 2 1/2 years of being on the job and still not hired in full time, there is alot of different personalities to have to put up with on a daily basis and most of the personalities are really messed up, people always trying to hook up and try and get some romance and everyone of them are married, other personalities being the ones that will smile to your face and talk the most horrible things behind your back, you make complaints to the temp service and they either give everyone excuses to why they do what they do or they make it sound like you're the problem and makes it to where you don't want to waste your time to make complaints...... so really it's a real crappy place to work unless your personality matches what I described previous, I got fed up with tge B.S. and blew up and they found their reason to end my contract

I interviewed this past Saturday for a position as a cashier at a Honda dealership near me. The position would be working as the Service cashier. I filled out the criminal background form and did the drug test yesterday. The hours are better than working at a retail store. The money is basically the same as my last job. So we shall see. I have a clean record.. It is a brand new dealership and I think with a different atmosphere it will be a good change.
