
I had received calls from customers and they would tell me that other customer service operators hung up on them and then they said that it as me. I know who it was but the leads were in on it too.

I asked for a password to continue the order and the superviser got mad every time I asked for her to punch in her password, she would tell me to get the other lead lady to do that for me they both would tell me to wait and I would sit there and wait with the customer on the line waiting also

They called me back. I felt that that was good.

Everything :-) it was a great work environment fun of course good food & great pay and seasonal and repetitive anaully if you choose.
