IHG was a family. We took care of our customers and had fun doing so.

Many weeks of training. Even after initial training there was follow up training. IHG felt more like a family rather a job.

I was proud everyday to work at IHG. When the call center closed was one of the hardest days of my life, I lost friends and family that worked with me, we did have notice it was happening but it still stings.

Working with one of the laziest Chief engineers with no knowledge about anything just lie lie lie afraid to admit when he don't know how to do something so he will lie to you so you'll never learn how to do it correctly
