That was not a last time, it happend in the begining of job I was actually new and stood up in the garments area suddenly a young girls walk towards me through her shopping begs on my face and said you fool! that is not my stuff you change it have you gone blind, she was just yelling bla bla bla. after my all staff came and appologize to her and said madam he is new he is in training and also say sorry and give 30% discount then she calmdown, it was my first and last big scenario of my job.
