The Human Resources Advisor represents HR and delivers key HR-related initiatives across the organization that help business areas achieve their objectives.

Primary Job Accountabilities Include:

• Key Initiative Support (40%)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience supporting senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the HR lifecycle.
• Analytical skills and ability to use date to tell a story, drive decision and show ROI
• Project management skills and experience leading large scale projects or initiatives, including tracking milestones and deliverables and managing stakeholders.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Training (7 weeks): 10 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Off Saturday and Sunday.
• Work Schedule: To be discussed in the interview
• Candidates identified as bilingual through the management interview process will be eligible for a 10% bilingual pay differential after successfully completing training.
• 2nd shift work schedules are eligible for an additional 10% pay differential. Shift must begin at 2pm or later, based on the individual’s time zone, after successfully completing training.
• Sales bonus opportunity, available after training, subject to individual performance and per bonus program guidelines.
