Everyday at ispice was a stressful day. A kindergarten class could manage it better. The owner would send word to speed up the machines when everything is running smoothly. So when the machines speed up things startgoing wrong. The workers get backed up, product gets wasted everywhere, lables get put on the bottles crooked. Finished product gets sent down the line wrong and they have to be pulled and re-worked. It makes no sense at all. Why not continue running at a slower pace where things go right? This happens about 3 times a week. I think it's for their entertainment.
