No mistakes I believe in treating a person like its my mother, so everything is perfect on the job. I love my job.
There are no stressful time at work for her or for me, I do what I am suppose to do and report to work on time and on my schedule days. So we don't have stress among each others.
None, its not that kind of work environment, me and my co worker works together and we respect each others very much. When I'm off she is working and when I'm working she is off.
