Effective communication at ALL! Times even as professionals we always think we have every aspect of our communication covered but the truth is we always forget to relay something . then something does not get done right

My advise is to get there by 5 or 6..make sure all offices and all (52l trash cans are emptyed ..6 bathrooms are clean and every offices 12 plus the courtrooms are vacuumed and coffee is made..all before 8am. Other thsn that..check ALL bathrooms onan hourly basis..its a great job.just have to have the ability to have 32 bosses..it's busy but a GREAT group of ppl to be around
Not ordering enough supplys for the courthouse and the jail..usually toilet paper and paper towels
Do not work for them pay is low,and hard is to much to do for the pay.
Believing that they were an honest company.And some of the management have no experience.
