Make more local jobs for my employees. Sometimes it's needed, a new baby, a sick in the family. Etc... this way my company JB Hunt, keeps my awesome staff no matter what.

I made mistakes, small accidents or incidents as they are called. I was talked to and was told to be more careful and do better next time. As you learn, you make mistakes sometimes. Safety is very important
Nothing.they dont pay as you deserve
Environment friendly, from the time I walked into the training class, I have never felt so welcomed,by the HR, to the staff, on down to my future Co workers, the hiring process was very smooth ,also the location and route I was assigned was a huge plus, then there was things like, a sign on bonus and company food, I received a ton of points at the pumps, for fueling ,if I needed any thing the other drivers had my back, and show me the ropes. Great company all around.
