There was one instance that I got into with the owner and I wasn't backing down because I was right! Anyways I had been employed there over a year and a half and the owner came in and I had been welding on some pilons for a boat dock and he asked me you can weld and I said "uh, yeah!" He said "how come you never told me you could?" I said "are you going to give me a raise because I can weld?" he said "no" and I told him that's why I didn't say anything because then he would be wanting me to be welding for the same pay and the welders made well above 16 dollars an hour I was only making 12 at the time! He got mad at me and didn't talk toe for the rest of the day which was nice! Lol

It was the challenge that was forced on me I couldn't give up or quit it was a job a friend had introduced me to so there wasn't any giving up! I had found a new job that paid more to have an excuse to leave!
