i recieved a job offer to open up a new office for Cheisi Farmaceuticals which is a legitimate company but the people that claimed to represent them are not part of the company they sent me a check to buy software and to help situate a new office the check that came via fed ex was a cashier check (red flag there). so i took this to my credit union and let them run an investigation, and behold not a good check (not a surprise). the one that has been in contact with me is going by the name Brandon Campbel and he claims to be with Cheisi HR department. This is just one of many scams out there with the same MMO just different company name. This Brandon Campbel is still contacting me to see if the check cleared so we can get started. I now have his IP address and have turned it over to the FBI along with the check. This particular scam came to me via Zip Recruiter.

Good morning all, I am posting yet another post from ZipRecruiter.com that I believe most assuredly is a scam. Below is the ad:

All Jobs at PolyOne Corporation
Now, what made me suspicious was:
The position title is broad. Notice they claim "Administrative Assistant - Office Assistant / Customer Service.
They list the salary as $87,000 yearly plus commission. Now, "commission" would indicate working, at least in part, doing sales yet nowhere in the job description is sales mentioned.
The use of Quickbooks as the accounting software they claim to use. Now, I have nothing against Quickbooks, in fact, I've used it myself, however, PolyOne is a major, multinational publicly traded corporation that would not be using Quickbooks simply due to their size.
Now, notice at the bottom of the ad is a link for "All Jobs at PolyOne Corporation." I clicked the link and there are in fact 20 ads posted on ZipRecruiter for the EXACT same position with the EXACT same job description for employment in different cities all over the country. Please, folks, protect yourselves. Do as much research as you can before applying for a position. I went on to the REAL PolyOne Corps website and checked their career portal. NONE of these so called positions are listed.

They even sent me a check via fed ex but the check couldnt be cashed!what really caught my attention is that there is a office, and they went through the trouble to mail.me a fed ex package...but why is it obsolete? Well I know that at times I may be considered a dumb Niah by some underminding grinch but be aware that those checks they mail us.and.ask.us.to deposit.into a.checking account is nothing more than them using those that want, would and could work do their dirty work to cyber jack a bank.! Maybe

It's a shame that jobseekers like myself get bombarded with emails and notifications on a daily basis about companies hiring now, and "you fit the profile of what they are looking for" blah blah blah!!! Most posts are for senior management engineer(ish) positions that's responsible for everything under the sun, and they expect you to have all this experience in the door. Well, why would someone in a senior position be looking for a job anyway? Wouldn't the person or persons who are charged with running a department be looking for a support group rather than a company looking for someone to run the department? I can't fathom getting all these job posts and filling out responses only to be joined onto yet another algorithmic keyword-based database that gets paid to send out daily blogs of "JOBS IN YOUR AREA". We need real concrete opportunity to be waiting on me. If these jobs are truly hiring the talent that's out there,........ Where're the callbacks and responses?

There is some out and about parting jobs, calling himself Bernard Huslman. This guy said he's head of H.R.M. a fabric wearhouse. He offered me a job as a wearhouse inspector. He said that he'd mail out a check to pay me $450.00 a week. Then he told me that the check was on it's way and was to be $2,800.00. I started to suspect something right then. He said that the extra money would be to cover shiping and other wearhouse cost. Long story short it's a scam, they want you to deposit the money into your account and withdraw it out, before the check clears. Once that happens they cancel the check and now your account is negative that amount, and they walk away $2,000 richer. The bank by law has to make fund available 24 hours after deposit, before even they know if the check is good, kind of dumb if you ask me. But be on the look out for these people. His phone number that I got was (515)412-9750. His Email is bhuelsman01@gmail.com another phone number that I got from him is (208)277-0695. My hope is that you all will pay attention to people that contact you about a job that you never applied for, it just don't work that way, and if it sounds to good to be true than it's a scam. Good news is that he got nothing from me, and hope the same for all of you, You all have a grate day and God bless you all.

I got a call from them and email, they were looking for sales manager, specifically asked so called HR manager about job and compensation I was told base plus benefits and bonus. I need a job badly I have to return to work regardless of Dr or other issues I'm losing everything, so I went to their office it was disgusting filthy, The hr manager was some toothless slob eating at desk when I arrived, I should have left but the senior executive came out to interview me what a winner, looked like a crack head wrinkled clothes cheap tie bad English, it lasted 2 minutes when he said training consisted of canvassing parking lots for bad windshields. Please avoid these guys took advantage lied to me and then got angry when I told them they wasted my time.

Guys be aware of scammers.... they will email you saying they read your resume and will like to conduct a online interview, they won't ask you for your social or anything relating to money, however don't trust it....they will say you got the jobject then continue to ask more questions like where you live, how many hours can you work for, etc...after this they will tell you that they will send a check for you to buy softwares from their source or etc, I received a check 2 days after from ups....the check had $2900.55 on it and I was shocked but at the same time suspicious. So I asked my mom ifor it was real and he said it looked and felt real, everything seemed legit....however I was still suspicious so I went online to look up the company that sent the check, looking at the check I realized that the company was called " Ronald L Book" but on the check it had " Ronald Book ......." so of course I searched for a number to call the place and when I did it was quite evident the company had no idea who I was, what check I was talking about and who was Mr. ROBERT...realizing it was a scam I did some further research to try and understand why would they send me a fake check....to my understanding you can get charged for depositing a fake check or have your account frozen, they can have you deposit the check and then obtain all your info and take all your money from your account, I was lucky and I hope you guys read this in time..also when it comeshe to online interview ensure its a video call, ask them for a tour around the work area and call other places to ensure that the person does work there and etc because online interview do happens but now it's a bit more risky to believe anyone or anything

Would like your feedback....The Red Flag...Me having to pay for the Electric Wheelchair .....mmmmm....Why doesn't the Mom have already.....Ughhhh...So sick of these Job Scams.. Angelica Sesma

I applied for a job for a company called VF Corporations. I get text updates to check my application statuses, and I got an updated saying that a recruiter viewed my application. A couple hours later I got an email from someone named Laura Bhadrakuma. She addressed herself as the hiring manager from VF Corporation and proceeded to tell me about the corporation. She then told me that the job I applied for was already given to another candidate, but shs had a work from home job opportunity that she wanted to give to me. $580 a week, plus benefits. She also stated that she wanted to give me a formal interview, but she was out of town on business so it would have to wait, but in the meantime there were things she could give me to do to start working and if I wanted the job to reply back to the email proving my address and name. Then I did my homework. I looked up Laura Bhadrakuma and didn't find anything. Then I went to the VF Corporation site and she wasn't in the employee directory. Then I dissected her email fully and realized there were many grammatical mistakes. By this point, I knew it was a scam. But I'm trying to get more information as I can to report this further, so I'm letting them continue. I replied back to the email saying I want the job. Then I got another email saying that my first "task" was to buy items on a list for a "foster home" that they work with and that a check would be mailed to me for the cost of the items and for my weekly pay. The email advised me to deposit the check as soon as I get it and to email them back with a picture of the desposit receipt from my bank. I am not going to deposit this check because it's obviously going to bounce. I'm keeping it to use it as proof of a scam. Please watch out for scams like these!!!!
