My Sons & I recently moved from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I'm in my fifth year of journeyman, HVAC certified, forklift certified & @rtist by trade. I tried private Contracting for HVAC on Las Vegas Trail,Fort Worth Texas. Worst place ever to start out, if you don't know anyone! I did the work, show the burden of proof & expect the $300 check for a 4complex apartment to make ready, & 1 clean-out... Then make ready!! Instead I received the $30 check, & escorted off the property by the police. Then, told it's a civil matter you have to take them to court in order to have anything done!! Strike 1! Decided to cover myself by Temp service. I was hired immediately at A-list Staffing Dallas TX. They in turn sent me back to Fort Worth TX. To "Autumn Chase" on Riverside Drive, Fort Worth TX. I worked comfortably through my probationary period & was given a parking permit, mailbox key, apartments to live in while working for the complex.(contracted)but never given a copy of the contract, nor lease agreement. I interned went back to A-list Staffing to make a record of these proceedings... once the job was completed (earlier than contracted expected!) Instead of giving me my last check, management proceeded to pass me an eviction notice, do an illegal writ of property, cut off my electricity & take me to court!! I won my first two court hearings from Judge Lisa R Woodard. Her courtroom statement was " I don't know what management is doing over there at Autumn Chase, but it's negligent, wrong very illegal, then kicked us out of court! Just for Her to then get an attorney, proceeded to take us downtown to Court Fort Worth TX. She lies under oath and tells them she's never gave me permission to be on premises, THEN I lose twice in these Court proceedings downtown.Fort Worth!! Strike 2 Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2018 I spent homeless, I worked at AT&T Stadium for Andy frame security Corp. I've walked from Fort Worth 6 1/2hours to Arlington to work, completed my hours at the job successfully. Then made it back home, with the same amount it took to get there! Only to be shortchanged @!! of my overtime hours!! Yet again, nothing was done about lost wages! Civil matter... In 2019 I'm going to try even harder... while homeless, I received the voucher for $800 from the Salvation Army(HELPFUL). I receive another job as a "Lead"maintenance technician for Parkside Apartments Hurst TX, & Ridgmar Plaza Apartments Fort Worth TX. Management assured me that I wouldn't have a problem for 6 months living in the property! Upon the completion of several units ahead of schedule, on both properties. I asked management for a copy of my lease to move my son from the south side to the west side for school, never happened but in a week's time... I was again evicted for my property, have both of my vehicles (no assigned parking) lights illegally shut off(NOT FROM ELECTRIC Co) & still in the dark! $14 an hour, No overtime!! Mind you, my day starts out cleaning up Ridgmar Plaza.(7@m)Leaving from Fort Worth going to Hurst.(By 9@m)Finishing up the day at Hurst... 2 then come home 2 Ridgmar Dr apartments!! No travel fees & wouldn't make it home till after 6 p.m. then answered any service call she had! I think I went above and beyond for the great state of Texas!! With no one to turn to, who can I trust?? Can someone please help me make my next move the best move?!!!!! Sincerely, lost on the road to success Mr.Hendersonville

Looking for a change in scenery am a millwright at Jeep,52 years old. Want to try something new. dan.bailey0503@gmail.com

After high school I enrolled in a local community college. School was never really my thing but I was told college would be a different experience so I thought I’d try out a small local school for a year or two then transfer to a university if things worked out. The first year was loaded with prerequisite courses and allot of the same courses I took in high school. I eventually got bored and decided not to continue the following year. I got a temporary job as a laborer with a city contractor assisting plumbers and carpenter’s measuring pipes, cutting boards, and prepping materials. I really enjoyed the work but unfortunately the job ended last month. I decided that I want to get into the construction business as a career and I’m asking for advice as to what would be the best paying trade in the industry? Also, how much training would I need to qualified for a full time journeyman job? Thanks
