The absolute worst place I ever worked for, healthcare is crap the job is crap the supervisors are the worst and hr is a joke

The customers can be terrible. I've been called every name in the book and even had my life threatened over fees. Sometimes there is genuinely nothing we can do. We don't get recognition or bonuses on how many fees we don't waive and we genuinely don't care about waiving the fee, it's not our money. It's definitely not for the feint of heart as you will have to get used to being berated and verbally abused daily. Also, you can advise the customer of that and they will point blank tell you that's what you signed up for, you should be used to it.

I loved the team leaders. They were always there and have your back. They also understand that people need different coaching styles and focus on the positives while coaching you through the negatives.

Loyalty, respect, and understanding

Knowledge about the Claims Dept processes and procedures.

Keep an open mind and make sure that is something you really want to do and not waste you time .

The clients they have a trust with a banker that treats them well and does not judge . They are loyal clients

I didn't follow my instincts that felling in your gut that tells you to check with someone else don't take some else's word for an action, big mistake

They have excellent benefits and they start immediately. Some locations are better than others but in general it's an ok place to work
