Working for Kay Jewelers was amazing when I had a DM that cared about her managers. I learned so many things and even was able to buy my first house working for this company. Sadly though this company twists rules and will tell you do A and then when you did A they say no I wanted B! Now you have broke. A rule but followed the directions of your DM and other DM’s. If you are ok with playing the political game then you will be fine! I did for 6 years and when I said no more.... well they no longer needed me.
