Position: Order Selector Location: Lansing Shifts: 1st – 5:30AM- 2:00PM ($13.65/hour) 2nd- 2:30PM- 11PM ($14.15/hour)
-Using an order selector to gather bulk bag and full case customer orders per the order ticket throughout the large warehouse operating an order picker
-Place order items on a pallet.
-Once pallet is full, take to the loading dock to be placed on truck.
-Participates in a safety culture that includes no recordable accidents and no loss time injuries.
-Always make the safe choice.
-Ensures proper PPE is used always.
-Watches out for co-workers and warn them when there are any safety issues or hazards.
-Participates actively in all safety programs and activities.
-Must have steel toed shoes
-Candidates need to have prior warehouse and order selecting experience- 6 months.

I recieved the email from Kelly Services on September 3rd. It took a week for the drug test to come back even though I knew I was clean. I worked one day for Pratt Industries in Livonia. Loved the job, but the boss sent me home early, and Kelly Services called me the next day ending the assignment. I didn't even have a chance for another day. Unlike with American Plastic Toys, she gave me 3 days. I only had one damn day at this company which I liked better. Kelly Services sounds like a good place, but they're ending-assignment happy, even though I tried my hardest. I need a full time job and no one's frickin' hiring. Are they not liking me because of my slowness from aspergers? Can someone explain to me what's going on?
