Kelly Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives in Venice Florida!
About the role
1st SHIFT: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (possible temp-to-hire)
2nd SHIFT: 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (temporary for approximately 3 months) This position is primarily data entry, with little customer interaction
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
What they need from you
- Ability to handle a high call volume
- Timely response to Internet inquiries from consumers and prospective dealers
- Provide first level support for consumer escalations
- Strong telephone and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Handle warranty processing-researching information to locate orders using multiple systems. Communicate with both home owners and dealers to assist with warranty/product related questions
