I would say , Go for it . K.E.S. is an excellent company to work for , Kevin Seifert is hard but fair and the foremen across the different divisions will take the time to explain and train the apprentices . Trade School is encouraged and there are certain ways for the apprentices to work off the tuition . With great benefits and 401 K , I believe K E Seifert is one of the few companies that truly want to take care of its employees and train the next generation .

My job position as Warehouse manager allowed me to interact with everyone , from the owner to the customers, I became a well rounded individual as far as communication skills to a team leader. Also , besides my regular responsibilities , one never knew , what the day would bring . I learned to not only take directions but I also learned to be self sufficient and at times to think outside the box.
