Kilgore should definitely offer more money with the product that people risk their lives with everyday. Kilgore was one of the most underpaid facilities in Hardeman county and yet there have been many lives lost. In no way form or fashion should a person working in a less dangerous environment have more of a substantial pay. It is also poor management skills when it comes to the higher authority. Some people want to sit behind a desk and make all the money, rules and not be involved with the people that are putting their lives on the line for their job. Moreover not knowing what goes on when the employee are on the floor when the employer should be more hands on.
