I've worked at with this company for 3.5 years. My time there wasn't bed of roses. There were ups and downs, as in most jobs. They worked you hard for very little wages. And they are always hiring new people, Why? Because most people don't want to stay around because of how they treat their staff. I stayed that long because I did what I was supposed to do and stayed quiet, it wasn't until I started speaking up that's when things changed. The gossips and silent treatment along with little hints and back biting and he said, and she said and all those things people do in high schools. I know it's a place of business but the two locations I worked at both had that problem. I know everywhere has their little groups but this organization is all about making money and that's it. I told them I wanted a raise but it wasn't until I told them I'm looking for another job they wanted to give me 50cents more. The job was offering me 1.50 more for doing the same job, plus it was closer to home. I made life long friendships there with my parents and some staff. My experience working there wasn't all bad but I believe with good management they would be great.

I was the cook and Van driver for about four years, I also drove them to and from school. I also took them on field trips during the Summer. I prepared all the meals and snacks. Watched the after school children sometimes as well. I ordered the food and put up stock mopped swepted the kitchen as well.
