I would tell to try for a job there,if they are willing to work. The people that bought it doesn't hire office help as they do it themselves.once in a while they may get someone to work if they want time off.

The biggest mistake I made as a #MANAGEROFAMOTEL at #KINGSTREEINNiMOTEL)WASSOLDANDICHOICENOTTOWORKFORTHENEWOWNERS ...

I. guess my biggest problem was,I got the employs raises and when I did they slacked up on their work.I never asked for a raise,I don't regret that as I made enough for the hours I worked.I was on call 24/7,work 4 hours a day during the week.I loved my job,it's a job for a person that likes people of all races. It was a great job.

Drama at #KINGSTREEINNiMOTEL)WASSOLDANDICHOICENOTTOWORKFORTHENEWOWNERS

I choice not to work for the new owns as I did not like the way they ran things, they would have a sign saying they had single room, when someone came to rent a room, they would say all the singles were rented so they could rent other rooms that cost more. When the old owners had the Motel we only had 4 single rooms 2 were handicap, people knew this. Our rates were the same year round,we had corp.rates for people working in our in or around town.It was a good honest way to rent rooms.
