Don't. The boss doesn't know what he's doing. He messes up more then the staff. He can't work under pressure. He is unfair to female workers. He is a sexist.

Aramark seems to be a great business to work for, they have several different entities included in there business, in fact they're a big conglomerate corporation if I would have a chance I'd stay with Aramark, just in a different setting.

As a kitchen supervisor, working for Aramark, is was in a jail setting in which I wasn't to comfortable with. That position wasn't really my cup of tea. Everything needing to be locked up, and really not being able to get to know your workers. They were to be treated as criminals not as human beings.
