Show up when you are supposed to and work what you are scheduled

I use to work for this restaurant back in 99 to 01 ,my mom past away that yr to , I have learned through out the yrs it's important to acknowledge ones worth ,to be a team player, where everyone does their part to help ,not to stand around doing nothing ,not even helpn as a true team player ,to b appreciated & to go far & beyond what you do !!! Not to sit in yr car doing nothing ,not to use nor abuse your cookers ,with or without a title , at this Krystal's I enjoy coming to work, nobody gossip's,coworkers I can trust on the job .they won't stab you in yr back neither

The great communication between workers ,, steady work pace and everyone’s personality

To have everything you need at the interview and dress to impress

Good nice job to have good people to work with ..good food also

Don't because it's bad management there and unorganized

My customers and some of my employees

Bad experience poor management would never work for that compat

I loved that Krystal's gives you that opportunity to grow within the company. You have that freedom to move around to different postions and become a valuable crewman to the business. Even though I was hired to work in prep I gradually became useful with assisting other memebers doing their jobs efficiently as well. One day I would be on prep and if someone need help keeping up on time in making burgers I assited or washed dishes or made fies or even went to the freezer to bring out suppies to help other members.

I started at krystal's February to November 2005 an I already was cutting hair
