The supervisors (Erica or Sarah) don't like answering their work phones or their cells when you the carrier has a question about a customer. They can be nasty when they do call the carrier back. They pick their favorites and if you aren't a favorite you're on your own with your routes.

I believe this question would best be answered by a superior due to the fact that I was micromanaged.

To my memory I would say that in my position I always have to keep in communication with everyone around me therefore I keep it short bed radio on me at all times and one day I forgot my radio and I left it in the office and wondered why it was a quiet day until I realize I had no radio... mistakes will happen.

It's a hard but fair trade which consists of different type of Labor mostly manual the work is consistent Fair and rewarding but it is physical and sometimes can be challenging and stressful

They cut hours and sometimes there's no work for week or weeks
