I would work for #Tradeoff again because...

... again it's all about professionalism and organization. When I first arrived there was plenty of organization can I was proud to work in such an environment if that will continue I would have it no other way

To my memory I would say that in my position I always have to keep in communication with everyone around me therefore I keep it short bed radio on me at all times and one day I forgot my radio and I left it in the office and wondered why it was a quiet day until I realize I had no radio... mistakes will happen.

In my line of work yes always a chance of frustration or possibly anger and the best way I have always treated it what's the thoughtfulness understanding what the issue is and to minimize the situation. Normally that person will return apologize and continue his day and his duty however if it's a safety situation I am compelled to appropriately respond to it to an higher authority
