I would tell them not to bother. The HR Dept. doesn't care about you and they do nothing when the Dept. Managers call you very disgusting and hurtful

No place better. The career options are limited and getting over 30 hours a week is hard, however it is so much fun! The easiest food service Business I've worked for. 25 + years experience in this industry and this is the best! They actually pay you to have a good time. Who could ask for better. To get a job at. Subway you must enjoy making people happy, have patience, and do dishes and windows. Making it your way is what it is all about. Leave everything else outside and be a people pleaser. That is what they expect. If you can show you can do that they will love you. Make sure you are willing to be there when they want you. Too many people believe they can write their own schedule and this is a fast way to be back looking. Make sure you want the job before you take it... It's not for everyone. They want team players.

I found that the work at Goodman wuz EASY, with a friendly environment tho not relax. BUT, if U got a CRIMINAL RECORD... U R like, out the door....

The company is fair they encourage there employees to try there best and offer advice on how to better your skills the down call I had was taking a pay cut working for them

Great people to work for and good pay. But they don't reimburse for gas. And a lot of wear on your vehicle
