Hello my name is Steven, and I'm looking for a new career. I've been doing hard landscaping for the past 7 years with the same company out of olympia. I started out when I was 20 years old with no experience. Now I am a lead Forman in the company. I've worked my way all the up the company and help it grow along the way. I put my heart and soul into it. Now that I'm a grown man with a family I've realized this company, hard landscaping isn't the long term career I thought it was. My skill set is wide. Starting with reading disegns, scedualing the job, and doing full installation. I run multiple jobs at a time. Cordnating materials and machines. Once a job is underway, everything is on my shoulders. I like guys out based off of there skill sets, training guys in all sorts of ways. From running a shovel to operating excavators. I have over 2000 hours running excavators, skidsters, fork lifts. I have many skills. I'm looking to apply my oproating skills at my new career. I'm a very reliable hard working person. If you or any one know of any good careers please contact me
