If your thinking about working for this company be patient and always ask for help or just ask if your not sure. A lot of days you will want to just quit but hang in there or if anything ask to sit down and discuss what it is that's bothering you and it will be addressed as best as possible. The owners are very open minded and outgoing people but they are sticklers about the finished product being perfect and there's nothing wrong with that ,its how they stay ahead and have the word of mouth from people that keeps the customers and potential customers coming back. They dont do a lot of advertising , if it were a higher production company I'm sure they would but they are close to there customers ,all of them become good friends so it makes it harder because they always want the best for them . There is no settling for an ok piece of art or whatever for anyone you have good relationships with or you would not have a good relationship. People want the best they can get when they spend there money and you dont want to lose friends . So all in all it's a good job oh one more thing , if your not happy with the amount you make , you have to say something to the owner or it will not change . He is tight but if you deserve more he will make it happen but you will have to squeeze him a bit.

I didn't really make big mistakes because I carefully went over and over everything before hand to not to. If you made a mistake , the cost of materials used would leave no room for profit for the company if you had to redo it so I did my best to perfect it the first time.
